How to do it?
- First lie on your back and bring both your knees to your chest . Clasp your hands around your knees.
- Try to be in this posture as long as possible

- Pregnant Women
Paschimottanasana
Paschimottanasana (Forward Bend Pose)
How to do it?
- Sit up with the legs stretched out straight in front of you
- Now bend your head and trunk slowly forward to catch the toes without bending knees
- Try to be in this posture as long as possible
