How to do it?

  • First lie on your back .

  • Neck Injury

Paschimottanasana

Paschimottanasana (Forward Bend Pose)

How to do it?

  • Sit up with the legs stretched out straight in front of you
  • Now bend your head and trunk slowly forward to catch the toes without bending knees
  • Try to be in this posture as long as possible

Do not practice if you have

  • Pregnant Women
  • Sciatica

Padmasana

Padmasana (Lotus Pose)

How to do it?

  • Sit on the floor with legs stretched out in front of you
  • Bend the right knee and place it on the left thigh
  • Bend the left knee and place it on the right thigh
  • Both the legs should be crossed . Head and spine should be straight.
  • Try to be in this posture as long as possible

Do not practice if you have

  • Ankle Injury
