How to do it?

  • First lie on your back .
  • lift your chest up such that your head is also lifted
  • Try to be in this posture as long as possible

  • Bend Your knees and hold the ankles
  • Raise the Thighs, Head and Chest as high as possible
  • Try to be in this posture as long as possible
