Padmasana (Lotus Pose)

How to do it?

  • Sit on the floor with legs stretched out in front of you
  • Bend the right knee and place it on the left thigh
  • Bend the left knee and place it on the right thigh
  • Both the legs should be crossed . Head and spine should be straight.
  • Try to be in this posture as long as possible

Do not practice if you have

  • Ankle Injury

Sarvangasana

Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Pose)

How to do it?

  • First lie on your Back
  • Slowly raise your legs and bring it to 90 degree
  • Try to be in this posture as long as possible

Do not practice if you have

  1. Spondylosis
  2. Slipped disc
  3. Heart problems

    Bhujangasana

    Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)

    How to do it?

    1. First lie on your stomach and place forehead on the floor
    2. Slowly lift your head and chest
    3. Try to be in this posture as long as possible

    Abdominal Surgery
    Hernia
