This point located directly in line with the inside of the little finger

Location (ST 36)

The width of one hand (3 BI) below the bottom of the kneecap and width of one thumb (1BI) toward the outside of the leg (direction of the small toe.) In the trough or valley between the most prominent bones of the calf where they come together.

• Repeat it 2 to 3 times daily
