How to do it?

  • First lie on your Back

  • Slipped disc
  • Heart problems

Tadasana

Tadasana (Palm Tree Pose)

How to do it?

  • Stand with your feet together.
  • Raise your both Arms
  • Keep your arms upward by interlocking your fingers
