The width of one hand (3 Thumbs) above the crown of the inner ankle, just behind the shin bone on the front of the leg.

ST 36

Location

The width of one hand (3 Cun) below the bottom of the kneecap and width of one thumb (1 Cun) toward the outside of the leg (direction of the small toe.) In the trough or valley between the most prominent bones of the calf where they come together.

LU 7

Location

1.5 Cun above the wrist crease. This point easily found by linking the hands

  • Just Press this Point 60 secs to 90 secs
  • Repeat it 2 to 3 times daily
