How to do it?

  1. First lie on your back and bring both your knees to your chest . Clasp your hands around your knees.
  2. Try to be in this posture as long as possible

  • Abdominal Surgery
  • Pregnant Women

How to do it?

  1. First lie on your stomach and place forehead on the floor
  2. Slowly lift your head and chest
  3. Try to be in this posture as long as possible

  • Abdominal Surgery
  • Hernia

Dhanurasana

Dhanurasana (Bow Pose)

How to do it?

  • First lie on your stomach
  • Bend Your knees and hold the ankles
  • Raise the Thighs, Head and Chest as high as possible
  • Try to be in this posture as long as possible

Do not practice if you have

  • Hernia
  • Neck Injury
  • Abdominal Surgery
