  • Bend Your knees and hold the ankles
  • Raise the Thighs, Head and Chest as high as possible
  • Try to be in this posture as long as possible

Halasana

Halasana (Plow Pose)

How to do it?

  • First lie on your back with your arms beside you, palms downwards
  • Lift your leg slowly at 90 degree angle.
  • And try to bring your legs at 180 degree
  • Try to be in this posture as long as possible

Do not practice if you have

  • Pregnant Women
  • Spinal Cord Problems
