These sounds physically vibrate / activate the targeted organ.

If you don’t have time to practice then practice only which finger hurts. Practice corresponding organ sounds.

Make sound with tongue behind the teeth.

Make sound with your lips forming an ‘O’ as if blowing out a candle.
