Sit comfortable and join the tips of the Middle and Ring finger with Thumb finger.

How to do it?
Encircle your left Thumb with the fingers of right hand.
place your left hand fingers on the back of your right palm.
Now join the tip of the Right Thumb and the left Middle finger.
Note:
For best results do it 15 – 30 minutes
