How to do it?
- First lie on your stomach
- Bend Your knees and hold the ankles
- Raise the Thighs, Head and Chest as high as possible
- Try to be in this posture as long as possible

- Hernia
- Neck Injury
- Abdominal Surgery
Tadasana
